We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our Digital Workplace team as a Developer. In this role, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives and devise automation solutions to enhance our business processes. Your primary focus will be on the development of Microsoft Power Platform applications, leveraging Low Code / No Code capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows, PowerApps, and Dataverse. Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations through API engagements will be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, and Dataverse that address business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop custom applications and user interfaces using Power Apps and integrate them with other Microsoft tools and platforms.
- Optimize operational workflow using Power Automate to automate complex business processes.
- Work with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to streamline operations through API integrations.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and comply with best practices and security standards.
Experience & Qualifications
Robotic Process Automation experience – simulating user interactions with tools that lack APIs.Microsoft Power Platform certifications.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerAutomate (Cloud and Desktop), PowerApps, and Dataverse.Experience with managing project deliverables using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar.Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Understanding of business analysis for process automation.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Understanding of Azure cloud-based services and solutions.Proficiency in English.Work Perks and Benefits
