As a Logistics Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of FIFA World Cup 26™ (FWC26) operations, ensuring that every delivery, movement, and setup runs seamlessly at your assigned match venue. From coordinating stock flow to overseeing essential On Location services, you’ll make sure everything behind the scenes works flawlessly so the guest experience shines on the world stage.

Drive the implementation and execution of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) for deliveries, bump-in, re-supply, and bump-out in close collaboration with departments and logistics vendors.

Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of all product-specific gifting inventory, both inside and outside the venue.

Partner with Guest Experience Functional Areas (FAs) to move requested stock from storage to designated areas, ensuring timely distribution.

Monitor and manage inventory across logistics compounds and venue storage facilities.

Serve as a key point of contact for Functional Areas, providing clear and accurate updates on logistics operations and delivery timelines.

5+ years of logistics, operations, or event delivery experience, ideally in large-scale sports or live events.

~ Proven ability to manage delivery schedules, storage compounds, and vendor / contractor coordination.

~ Strong expertise in logistics systems, inventory control, and vehicle flow management.

~ Conversational English proficiency required (additional languages a plus).

~ This role will be paid as a weekly rate of 38,000 MXN / Weekly, based on 40 hours per week.
