Role Summary :
As a Deputy Venue Manager for FIFA World Cup 26™, you will serve as the right hand to the Venue Manager, ensuring the seamless translation of FIFA’s premium hospitality guidelines and operational plans into exceptional, end-to-end guest experiences. You will be instrumental in coordinating and aligning all guest-facing functions—from access and hosting to catering, design, gifting, and entertainment—bringing FIFA’s vision to life inside and around the stadium.

As a Deputy Venue Manager for FIFA World Cup 26™, you will serve as the right hand to the Venue Manager, ensuring the seamless translation of FIFA’s premium hospitality guidelines and operational plans into exceptional, end-to-end guest experiences. You will be instrumental in coordinating and aligning all guest-facing functions—from access and hosting to catering, design, gifting, and entertainment—bringing FIFA’s vision to life inside and around the stadium.
This position is highly collaborative, requiring daily interface with the Venue Manager, FIFA Venue Team, catering service providers, and numerous hospitality stakeholders. You will monitor and report on delivery performance and hospitality KPIs, continuously driving improvement across every stage of the guest journey. Your deep expertise in food & beverage, luxury hospitality, and event operations will ensure every element of the program reflects FIFA’s standards and exceeds guest expectations.
