About the role

As Commercial Manager, you’ll lead the business for your portfolio of global brands — shaping strategies that inspire people to live active, balanced lives. You’ll own the full product and commercial cycle : from assortment and pricing to forecasting and sell-thru. We’re looking for someone deeply connected to sports and wellness, with the vision to build profitable growth and the discipline to make it happen.

Location & Work Model

Hybrid – based in our Polanco office, Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities

• Build commercial strategies and growth plans with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Identify new business opportunities across the sports and lifestyle portfolio.
• Define assortments, pricing, costs, margins, and profitability per channel.
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee OTB planning, inventory management, and product availability.
• Develop data-driven forecasts and performance analyses.
• Ensure brand consistency and flawless in-store execution.
• Stay ahead of market trends and consumer insights.
