Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop the Direct Sales team with a strategic approach to client acquisition and prospect generation. The ideal candidate will ensure the achievement of sales goals, implement innovative strategies to attract and convert clients, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the direct sales team.
- Develop commercial and negotiation strategies.
- Design and implement sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Manage client acquisition and prospect conversion.
- Identify new sales channels and business opportunities.
Qualifications
Education : Postgraduate degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields).Experience : Minimum of 3 years as a Sales or Commercial Manager in the tourism or service industry.Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (100%).Proven track record in generating and managing clients.Excellent analytical and organizational skills.Language : Advanced English.Other requirements : Availability to travel.Own vehicle (no fuel support provided at the moment).Work Conditions
