Responsibilities include completing administrative tasks with a high success rate, collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless execution of duties, managing calendars, booking travel, processing expense reports, timesheets, and vendor invoices, providing responsive service to internal and external clients, and building trusted relationships with clients.
