Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gerente Comercial, located in Ciudad Obregón, SON. The Gerente Comercial will be responsible for managing commercial strategies, developing business plans, analyzing market trends, and overseeing contractual agreements. Additionally, the role includes leading and managing a team to ensure efficient operations and achieving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market and business analysis
• Commercial Management and Business Planning experience
• Proficiency in Contract Management
• Team Management and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ciudad Obregón, SON
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the agriculture or livestock industry is a plus
