Your contribution :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sales & Project Support team and support individual team members through one-to-one guidance.
• Allocate tasks and manage workload across the team, ensuring balanced distribution.
• Ensure deadlines and performance targets are met.
• Handle escalations and complex issues, supporting team members in resolution.
• Monitor and report outstanding observations related to turnover and forecast.
• Supervise order processing, shipping, and returns with Sales,Logistics,Finance & Invoicing
• Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers throughout the product lifecycle
• Approve complex configurations and verify data accuracy across lifecycle phases
• Coordinate shipping, resolve delivery or product conformity issues
• Manage stock reassignment and returned / reworked items
• Oversee pricing and ensure cost accuracy
• Create AR invoicing plans and approve milestone-based invoices suggested by AR specialists
• Monitor team KPIs and drive continuous performance optimization
• Prepare and share Commerce-related financial / operational reports
• Monitor project status, resolve cross-functional issues, and support communication
• Cooperate with Cash Collection to ensure timely payments Your profile :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in order management, project support, or sales operations.
• Proven experience in leading or supervising a team.
• ENGLISH ADVANCED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred :
• Experience in logistics, pricing, or returns management.
• Knowledge of order configuration and stock reassignment processes.
