Ensure the legality of all employees' contractual relationships, maintain an optimal work environment for the staff, foster a good relationship with the labor union, take control of the employee services (canteen and transportation) and monitor turnover and absenteeism indicators.

Bachelor’s degree : Human Resources, Organizational Psychologist, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Lawyer or any related.

This position reports to a HR Manager

Automotive industry expertise it ́s a must for this position –

It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it ́s important that the candidate must have her / his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.

Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation.

• Experience minimum 3 years in automotive industry (must) as Labor Relations Sr / Coordinator in automotive industry :
• Validate compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and the Internal Work Regulations.
• Provide support to salaried staff in HR systems (FUSION, KRONOS).
• Analyze data to present monthly closing HR metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor requirements established by the Ministry of Labor (STPS).
• Follow up on labor negotiations before the local labor board and labor defense attorney’s office.
• Handling legal procedures in JLCA and PROFEDET
• Knowledge of Oracle system.
