U.S. Transaction Advisory Services Opportunity : Seeking strong CPAs with Financial Due Diligence experience in Latin America out of Big 4 and Non-Big 4 Firms to work on U.S. Deals. Great opportunity to earn exceptional compensation, while working on larger, more complex transactions.
As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager you will be responsible for executing financial / accounting due diligence projects while supervising junior members of the team. You will be responsible for significant portions of report deliverables and will communicate findings to clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform analyses of financial and operational results of targets by reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
- Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers
- Prepare / evaluate pro forma financial information
- Detect issues for purchase price reductions, deal structuring or deal termination
- Pinpoint post-acquisition action steps to achieve anticipated earnings and cash flow improvements
- Evaluate effects of seasonality on cash flow requirements
- Conduct industry and company research
- Communicate and meet expectations of service
- Oversee staff and provide constructive feedback and training
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting and / or related majorCPA Certification (or equivalent)At least 3 years post articles of financial due diligence working experienceExperienced in running multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional project management skills
