Job Description :

The Corporate Legal Specialist is responsible for contract management, data protection law, IT Law and International Law.

• Deliver timely legal counsel meeting critical deadlines
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including DPA's, software licenses, master services agreements and vendor agreements
• Serve as an expert on data privacy and data processing agreement (DPA) and commercial agreements
• Maintain business compliance with regulatory bodies
• Monitor legislative changes to ensure adherence to laws
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage with stakeholders
• Provide clear summaries of complex information for informed decision-making
• Offer legal advice on technology transactions

Key Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy regulations, commercial law and contract negotiation. Excellent communication and project management skills are also required.
