Corporate Legal Specialist

About Us :

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's interests are protected and legal compliance is maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with experience in contract review and negotiation. They will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as providing legal advice on corporate matters.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and draft commercial contracts, including supplier and employment agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate and contractual matters.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of contractual clauses.

Requirements :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Law, with a professional license.
  • Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in contract review and corporate legal advisory.
  • Knowledge : Commercial law, civil law, labor law, and business regulations.
  • Skills : Legal analysis, attention to detail, negotiation, effective communication, and problem-solving.
  • Languages : Advanced English.
