Descripción del trabajoEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a professional license. Specialization in Corporate Law is a plus. Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in contract review and corporate legal advisory. Knowledge : Commercial, civil, labor law, and business regulations. Experience in contract negotiation. Skills : Legal analysis, attention to detail, negotiation, effective communication, and problem-solving. Languages : Advanced English (preferred for reviewing international contracts). Mid-Senior level Full-time Legal Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing
Overview
Objective : Ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal advice on corporate matters.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, supplier, employment, and other legal contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and company policies.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of contractual clauses.
- Handle contractual disputes and provide support in legal proceedings involving the company.
- Keep corporate legal documentation updated and in compliance with regulations.
- Represent the company before governmental or regulatory entities when necessary.
