Main Responsibilities :

• Legal and Administrative Management (Mexico) : Supervise legal entities and ensure all corporate documents and regulatory procedures are up to date.
• Supplier Onboarding : Coordinate and monitor the integration process for both local and international suppliers.
• Regional Coordination : Organize meetings with suppliers, lawyers, and clients in collaboration with the operations managers from other countries.
• Client Support : Respond to and follow up on requests, requirements, and complaints coming from providers.
• Organizational Support : Ensure proper documentation, communication, and compliance with internal processes.
