A snapshot of your daily responsibilities as a technical support specialist in our team is always diverse and challenging.As part of our global team, you will be working on troubleshooting issues at customer sites, collaborating with the parts sales team, and participating in meetings with important clients to provide technical guidance on their equipment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assistance to customers and internal teams.Collaborate with sub-suppliers in technical meetings.Support sales efforts by reading and understanding technical specifications.Document solutions through drawings, specifications or reports.Offer technical advice and assistance to other departments when needed.Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education.Minimum 3 years of practical experience with gas turbines and other equipment.Excellent English and Spanish skills, both written and oral.Familiarity with LM gas turbines (core turbine and packages).
