Schedule : Monday to Friday | Flexible shifts (8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM or 9 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM)

Modality : 100% on-site for the first 2 months, then hybrid based on performance

Benefits : Salary + Commission system paid in USD

✅ What we’re looking for :

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service
• Experience in headhunting
• Excellent attitude (you’ll be the first impression of Solvo!)
• Microsoft Office skills & intermediate Excel
• Comfortable making calls
• English level B2
• Availability to work full on-site for the first two months
