Sr. Manager, Ai Group Product Manager

Digital, AI, data, and analytics are central to driving innovation at Pfizer.The AI Group Product Manager (AI GPM) will report to the Enterprise AI Product Lead.The AI GPM will be responsible for product strategy for all AI products aligned to their product group.

This person will define and execute the strategic vision for the group product area, overseeing multiple products and ensuring alignment with company objectives.Leveraging deep expertise in AI technologies along with product management & development, the successful candidate will deliver innovative AI-powered products across the enterprise.Role Responsibilities : Develop and execute AI group product strategies aligned with the company's objectives and business goals, identifying key areas where AI will add value.Lead the development of comprehensive product roadmaps for AI solution patterns, identifying key components & capabilities, prioritizing opportunities, and setting clear goals and milestones.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous product optimization and value realization.Build strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap updates.

Gather feedback, understand requirements, and align product strategies with business goals.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of enterprise business and technology roadmaps / strategies.Define KPIs / OKRs and metrics to measure AI product performance and track progress against objectives.Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management, sharing insights and thought leadership internally and externally.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Expertise in implementation of AI / ML / DL-driven strategies.7+ years of relevant experience in data science, machine learning, and / or product management.
