Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are seeking an AI / ML Engineer with expertise in full stack development, DevOps practices, and AI / ML technologies to integrate AI / ML solutions into R&D digital products.

This role is pivotal in establishing robust CI / CD pipelines and managing AI / ML solution deployment processes on Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration of AI / ML capabilities into PepsiCo cloud infrastructure.

Your Impact

As Sr AI Engineer your scope would consist of :

Frontend Responsibilities : Developing User Interfaces using React and JavaScript.

Frontend Responsibilities : Integrating AI / ML Features into the frontend (e.g., chatbots, recommendation systems, data visualization).

Backend Responsibilities : Server and Database Management, API Development, and Data Management using SQL and NoSQL.

API Development : Designing and implementing APIs for frontend-backend communication, including AI model endpoints.

DevOps and AI / ML : CI / CD pipelines, Azure cloud deployment, monitoring and maintenance.

Developing AI / ML Models : Designing, training, and deploying models (e.g., rule-based engines, NLP, computer vision).

Optimizing AI / ML Algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Integrating AI / ML Solutions : Seamlessly integrating models into the overall application architecture.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Proficiency in Python (Dash & Flask), Java, PySpark, and SQL.

Proficiency with version control systems (Git).

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Familiarity with RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming.

Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks / libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Proven experience in setting up CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.

Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, particularly in an Azure context (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service).

Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and deployment strategies for Azure.

Two plus years of work experience in AI, specializing in the implementation of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Proficiency in GenAI technologies (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI).

Hands-on experience in developing RAG chatbots to enhance information discovery and search efficiency.

Experience in building and deploying AI Agent applications.
