Data Architect (GCP) role at 3Pillar Global. This position centers on defining a reference architecture for customers, working with business leaders and information management teams to define and implement a roadmap for data management, business intelligence, and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
- Assess existing data components, perform POCs, and consult with stakeholders.
- Propose end-to-end solutions to an enterprise's data-specific business problems, including data collection, extraction, integration, cleansing, enrichment, and data visualization.
- Design large data platforms enabling Data Engineers, Analysts, and Scientists.
- Have strong exposure to different data architectures, data lake, and data warehouse.
- Define tools and technologies to develop automated data pipelines, write ETL processes, develop dashboards & reports, and create insights.
- Continually reassess the current state for alignment with architecture goals, best practices, and business needs.
- Data modeling, decide best data storage, create data flow diagrams, and maintain related documentation.
- Address performance, reliability, reusability, resilience, scalability, security, privacy, and data governance in data architecture design.
- Apply or recommend best practices in architecture, coding, API integration, and CI / CD pipelines.
- Coordinate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders for data-related needs.
- Help the Data Science & Analytics Practice grow by mentoring junior team members and leading initiatives and offerings.
- Provide thought leadership by representing the Practice / Organization on internal or external platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
Expertise in SQL, Python, ERD, GCP (BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Functions, Composer), DBT with active / heavy hands-on experience in the last 3–5 years.Knowledge of modern data technologies released in the last 2–3 years.Design and optimize conceptual and logical database models.Analyze system requirements, implement data strategies, and ensure efficiency and security.Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.In-depth understanding of database structure principles.Expertise in implementing and maintaining data pipelines.Deep knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.10+ years in data modeling with 3+ years in Big Data (100TB+).Familiarity with data visualization tools.Submission of candidates requires both Resume / Profile and code assessment results in SQL and Python (e.g., IKM CodeChek / TechCheck).Benefits
