AI Cloud Solution Architect (Hybrid opportunity)

Overview

AI Cloud Solution Architect (Hybrid opportunity) — Hyatt. Hyatt seeks an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join the Data Platform Architecture team. You will work with data science, data product managers, and data engineering to meet data and data product requirements of Hyatt initiatives. This is a ground-floor, highly visible role focused on data and AI / ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, secure, and compliant AI architectures, including AI and data ingestion layers, feature stores, model training clusters, and inference services.
• Prototype and demo end-to-end Generative AI and agent-based solutions (LLM-driven chatbots, RAG pipelines, autonomous AI agents) using UI tools for interactive dashboards and demonstrations.
• Design and implement ML / AI MLOps pipelines for data, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining (using GitHub / GitLab Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, etc.).
• Develop and integrate intelligent agent architectures using orchestration platforms for multi-agent workflows.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure via IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS services).
• Build scalable data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Pub / Sub) and feature stores to support real-time and batch AI workloads.
• Configure security, monitoring, and governance (IAM roles / policies, security groups, Cloud Logging, DataDog) and implement compliance guardrails.
• Establish AI model governance, explainability, and bias-monitoring frameworks; define and implement continuous evaluation pipelines to track model performance and auto retraining triggers.
• Produce architecture blueprints, runbooks, and best-practice guides to upskill teams and shape the product roadmap.
