This role is for a skilled Data Information Architect to design and implement data solutions supporting Servicing Ops Analytics, Reporting, and AI. Responsibilities include defining, creating, and maintaining architecture artifacts for data solutions, and establishing Data Architecture processes across Data & Analytics in Service Ops. The architect should understand current and future architecture, reporting, and warehousing technologies to develop future state solutions for Service Ops data and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Snowflake, Python, Azure, and AWS, along with a strong foundation in Big Data and Cloud Platforms. You will develop scalable, efficient data architectures that enable personalized customer experiences, BI, and advanced analytics.
- Develop a data strategy that maximizes data as an asset, including migration from current to future architecture.
- Define, create, and maintain architecture artifacts such as data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.
- Design and optimize data pipelines from various sources to support BI and analytics.
- Create data models and flows for personalized customer experiences and omnichannel engagement.
- Implement and maintain Snowflake data warehousing solutions for large-scale data processing.
- Support real-time and batch data integration for actionable insights.
Requirements
4+ years in Data Architecture or Data Engineering with expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and Azure.Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL / ELT, and modern data frameworks.At least 2 years designing scalable data architectures for customer analytics and operations.Experience with cloud data platforms (preferably AWS) and Big Data technologies.Proficiency with Python for data engineering and scripting.Experience building data pipelines and data warehouses like Snowflake and AWS.Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms, MDM, and Customer 360 architectures.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Proficiency in modern data architecture supporting advanced analytics.Self-directed with the ability to support multiple teams and systems.Expertise in data modeling, documentation, and governance tools.Fluent in English.Other Critical Skills
