Leveraging data and performance tracking, you will identify growth opportunities and implement new ideas to propel the business forward. Key areas of focus for this role include : Marketing Develop and execute merchandising activities to support promotional events and marketing campaigns. Design, lead and implement customer experience enhancement / improvement projects. Create and analyze performance metrics and drive business decisions about future direction. Partner with various technical and business teams to build supporting automation. Project Management Define the strategic roadmap to improve Customer Experience. Influence program roadmaps and technical teams and manage key stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgment, experience in marketing, a track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration, and excellent analytical capabilities.

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• English proficiency.- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
• Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
