Job Title : Java Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Java L1 Production Support professional to join our team at Global Service Center (GSC).

Key Responsibilities :

• Resolve user issues related to applications operation.
• Analyse and investigate issues.
• Review logs to identify errors / issues.
• Contact users for better understanding of issues.
• Contact other teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain support for spring MVC, APIs, and Java Microservice applications.
• Implement proper unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for developed applications.
