Here’s the Deal :

The Regional GRC Business Partner drives a culture of governance, risk management, and controls within the region. They translate business needs into actionable risk management measures and improve internal control effectiveness. The role involves close collaboration with terminal, regional, and functional leaders to ensure a responsive control environment. Their focus is on aligning business operations with the GRC framework while adapting to changes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and prioritize regional risks.
• Understand processes, regulations, policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits, prepare documentation.
• Evaluate controls in new processes.
• Guide on governance, risk management practices.
• Track KPIs to assess GRC effectiveness.
• Present reports to governance committees.
• Support closure of audit issues.
