Housekeeping Leader Job Summary

As a Housekeeping Leader, you will oversee the operational management of all housekeeping functions. This includes managing accommodation areas or public areas during the day or night, as well as crew and pool areas.

The successful candidate will provide direct support to senior team members in ensuring that divisional objectives are met and day-to-day operations in Accommodation, Pool, Public / Crew areas are maintained to standard.

You will possess a keen understanding of the importance of exceptional service to ensure complete guest and team satisfaction while providing strong leadership to all team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of at least 10 employees
• Ensure proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and safety procedures are followed
• Maintain working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and software packages such as Excel, Word, and other business applications
