Your Challenge
As the Client Success Director, LATAM, you will lead the regional Client Success team, driving strategic client relationships, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for setting the vision and structure for client success, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service, maximises campaign performance, and strengthens partnerships with agencies and advertisers.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape processes, define success metrics, and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Your ability to align internal teams, scale best practices, and advocate for client needs will be instrumental in positioning the company as a trusted partner in the region.
