Drive business growth through market expansion and strategic client management for chemical construction materials.
Responsibilities
Expand our presence in the chemical construction materials market, focusing on Rubber Powder, Cellulose Ether, and HPMC / HEMC / RDP.
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by our organization.
Provide technical support for our chemical construction materials, ensuring clients' needs are met.
Client Training & After-Sales Service :
Offer product training to clients, guaranteeing correct usage and fostering long-term relationships.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resource sharing.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Chemistry, Construction Materials, Marketing, or related fields, with a preference for HPMC / HEMC / RDP.
Work Experience :
At least 3 years of experience in sales within the construction materials or related industries, preferably with expertise in selling Rubber Powder, Cellulose Ether, or other chemical construction materials.
Familiarity with the Brazil construction materials market and customer demands, along with industry connections.
Experience working with Dow Chemical, WACKER, or ELOTEX is an advantage.
Essential Skills
Strong market analysis and customer communication abilities.
Negotiation skills with the ability to close deals independently.
Good teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is highly valued.
