Job Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory employees, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-up.
2. Handle daily administrative work of the factory, such as office supplies management, meeting arrangement, and document filing.
3. Conduct external communication and collaboration in Spanish (e.g. with local government departments), ensuring smooth information transmission.
4. Assist in resolving employee disputes, relying on local labor laws and regulations to protect both company and employee interests.
Job Requirements
1. Spanish speaker; fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
2. 2+ years of experience in factory employee recruitment; familiar with local recruitment channels and candidate assessment methods.
3. Proficient in Mexican labor laws and regulations (e.g. Ley Federal del Trabajo); experience in handling labor disputes is preferred.
4. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced factory environment.
