Responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process, ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.

• Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay
• Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
• Capture information in payroll systems
• Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations
• Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
• Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
• Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
• Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs / KPIs
• Continue communication and support with local functional teams
• Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
