Recruitment Site Lead

Role Overview :

Plant Recruitment Leader focused on results and quality of the hiring process. This key position will be responsible for directing and executing all recruitment and selection activities for operational, technical, and administrative positions at our plant. The Recruitment Leader will ensure the timely attraction, evaluation, and hiring of qualified talent to support the operational efficiency and growth of the plant, while always maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities / Outcomes Expected

• Recruitment Cycle Management :
• Oversee and execute the entire recruitment cycle : from posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial and in-depth interviews, to presenting offers and following up after hiring.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with line managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Ensure reference checks and the application of relevant technical or psychometric tests for each profile.
