Supply Chain Manager

The Senior Supply Chain Manager oversees and directs supply chain activities with a strategic focus on aligning global and regional operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies encompassing production planning, material procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships. The position ensures operational excellence, supports customer demand, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize all supply chain functions, including demand planning, production scheduling, material procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Analyze demand and capacity to establish balanced production plans that meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing resource utilization.
• Create and manage processes for resource planning, Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), and Capacity Requirement Planning (CRP).
• Establish optimal inventory levels aligned with demand and customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient working capital management.
• Support strategic alignment between global, regional, and site operations to sustain business growth, meet customer service expectations, and optimize total landed cost.
• Conduct strategic supply chain analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, effectiveness, and cost optimization.
• Lead and deliver supply chain training programs to develop professional capabilities across the team.
• Act as the liaison with commercial, manufacturing, logistics, 3rd-party suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
• Regularly publish KPIs related to key business objectives and ensure plant-level plans and metrics align with these targets.
• Ensure accurate and compliant maintenance of master data (e.g., BOMs, routings, MRP settings) for both existing and new materials.
• Develop and validate Total Landed Cost strategies for key products and product transfers.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing principles (Kanban, JIT, Continuous Flow) to improve material flow and reduce waste.
