As a Carrier Support professional at our company, you'll be a vital link between our operations and carriers. Your role is to ensure loads are successfully built, sourced, and moved efficiently while keeping communication lines open with all stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you should be detail-oriented, proactive in solving problems, and confident in your ability to work independently. You'll follow established processes and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Your main goal is to source carriers, build loads, and manage all aspects of load movement, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Building loads in our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Sourcing and negotiating rates with carriers that meet our requirements
• Posting loads on various load boards to secure carriers
• Providing regular updates to customers and brokers regarding load statuses
• Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the transportation process
• Managing customer relationship management (CRM) data to ensure accurate records
