Training and Development Coordinator

• Ensure that operating revenues have the technical and knowledge tools for the timely development of operational activities.
• Seek continuous improvement in overall productivity through retraining that ensures timely operational development.
• Develop training materials for new staff.
• Develop courses tailored to operational needs.
• Design, implement, and supervise employee growth programs.
• Monitor the Annual Training Plan.
• Manage onboarding for Contract Logistics Blue Collar personnel.
• Collect and manage training evidence (attendance lists and evaluations).
• Manage and administer the Skill Matrix.
• Follow up on development plans (9Box, Semillero Geodis, Leadership Academy).
