We specialize in the B2C iGaming segment and operate several casino brands across Europe, Africa, and LATAM. We currently operate successfully in Greece, Serbia, and Nigeria, with Mexico planned to launch in autumn 2025.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Market Growth
Develop and execute the business strategy for the Mexican market, aligning with global objectives and local market needs
Drive achievement of local revenue and growth targets, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunitiesConduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the Mexican iGaming and casino sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and industry bodiesOperations & ComplianceOversee all business operations in Mexico, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company standards
Ensure full compliance with Mexican laws, gaming regulations, and international standards, including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming policiesAct as the primary local contact for regulatory authorities, banks, and other partners to resolve issues and maintain positive relationshipsTeam Management & Process BuildingLead, manage, and inspire multidisciplinary teams across operations, marketing, customer support, and product development
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top local talent, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performanceBuild and optimize operational processes to ensure seamless delivery of casino and iGaming servicesProduct & Customer ExperienceOversee the localization and adaptation of products to meet local market preferences and regulatory requirements
Ensure an excellent user experience and achieve defined customer satisfaction standardsWork with marketing teams to develop and implement effective acquisition and retention campaigns tailored to the Mexican audienceFinancial & Performance ManagementManage the local P&L, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently
Monitor key business metrics, generate regular reports, and implement action plans to address underperformanceStakeholder Engagement & Brand BuildingRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and with media to enhance visibility and brand reputation in Mexico
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive market penetration and business growthRequirements
Deep knowledge of the Mexican iGaming and gambling industry marketStrong leadership and analytical skillsProven experience in the iGaming or casino industryExperience in P&L management and achieving business objectivesKnowledge of Mexican gambling legislation and regulationsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholdersFluent Spanish (mandatory) and English language skillsExperience in team building and managing multidisciplinary teamsSeniority level
