The Impact You'll Make

As Production Manager you will manage and direct the Manufacturing team (Manufacturing Supervision) to ensure the achievement of the plant goals focusing on employee safety, product quality, on-time delivery, productivity, lean manufacturing, environmental impact reduction and cost-out activities. This require a high level of collaboration with all the Value Stream Managers and a strong influence on all Production Supervisors and Team Leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Direct responsibility for Manufacturing operations
• Accountable for Plant throughput, on-time performance, quality, and productivity.
• Leads efforts to improve quality and cost of all products, processes and services of the operation.
• Assure ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EHS compliance plus drives for continuous improvement in safety, environmental impact, workplace organization and cleanliness.
• Assures proper training and development of manufacturing associates at all levels.
• Makes sure all departmental and individual goals are directly aligned with overall plant goals.
