Senior Manager, Production(VS2)

Job Description

Responsible for operations and ensuring compliance with established objectives, goals, and policies.

Optimize the planning of productive resources to achieve growth in productivity, focusing on clear goals.

Main Activities

• Understand, follow, and enforce all safety, health, quality, RBS, and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
• Plan and monitor the production schedule, organizing and integrating necessary resources to meet it.
• Follow up on compliance indicators, directing and supervising supervisors and production leaders.
• Develop and evaluate new methods, procedures, work instructions, reports, and correspondence to optimize manufacturing efficiency, maximize labor utilization, and reduce costs.
• Implement action plans to improve productivity.
• Execute strategies to ensure personnel safety.
• Lead or participate in plant staff, shift, and safety meetings; conduct departmental meetings and training based on needs assessment.
• Oversee the selection, training, and development of staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Control quality programs through subordinates to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams on machine operations and preventative maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with HR on initiatives and projects.
