Industrial Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of our products.

This involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and coordinating a team of production employees.The ideal candidate will be responsible for : Enforcing compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the production area.Assigning work orders to production staff.Verifying and ensuring compliance with manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures related to Quality and EHS systems.Ensuring raw material availability in the production area.Evaluating finished product results and making adjustments as needed.Removing finished products from the manufacturing area.Assigning overtime duties to each worker.Implementing programs to meet Quality and EHS objectives.Preparing internal labels for finished products.Verifying measuring equipment identification and calibration labels.Requirements : We are looking for a candidate with : A Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2+ years of supervisory experience with production staff.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A high orientation to safety and quality procedures.
