Content Production Manager

to be the central hub for our content creation engine.

In this key hybrid role, you'll manage resources, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality content for our diverse client portfolio.

What You'll Do

Project & Resource Management :

Oversee the entire content production lifecycle, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.

You'll manage and allocate our team of internal and freelance writers, designers, and editors, using project management tools to maintain a clear view of team capacity and project pipelines.

Client & Account Management :

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships based on clear communication and exceptional results.

You'll lead communications, including kick-off meetings, progress updates, and feedback sessions to ensure everyone is aligned.

Content Strategy & Quality Control :

Collaborate with our SEO and strategy teams to ensure all content is on-brand, optimized for performance, and aligned with client objectives.

You'll be the final checkpoint for quality, proofreading and editing creative assets (video, copy, and graphics) to meet our high standards.

Hands-On Production :

Take the lead in producing various content formats, including SEO pages, video and photo ads, social media content, and web assets.

You'll proactively solve problems, manage logistics, and find creative solutions to production challenges.

Proven experience managing the production of digital content, including video, web, and social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.

Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with

SEO principles

and how they apply to content creation is a major plus.
