What you’ll do :

• Customer Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Issue Resolution : Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on customer service metrics, feedback, and performance to senior management.
• Collaboration : Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Compliance : Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
