We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record in financial markets to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional clients, understanding their unique trading needs, and offering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain effective relationships with institutional clients, providing them with market insights and offering customized solutions.
  • Sales & Business Development : Identify new business opportunities to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Proactively engage with prospective institutional clients and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Market Knowledge & Expertise : Stay up-to-date with global financial markets, macroeconomic trends, central bank policies, and geopolitical events that impact currency markets. Offer actionable market insights to clients and position products effectively.
  • Product Offering : Provide clients with a range of financial products. Communicate the advantages and risks of these products to clients and ensure they are well-positioned to achieve their goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as Trading, Risk, and Research to deliver optimal solutions and address client needs. Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting : Provide clients with regular updates, trade ideas, and analysis on the market, including technical and fundamental insights. Prepare internal reports on client activity, market conditions, and business performance.
  • Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all sales activities are compliant with internal policies, industry regulations, and relevant market rules. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all trades and client interactions meet legal and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in financial markets or prior sales experience with a keen interest in financial markets and trading platforms is required.
  • Education : A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Portuguese language skills are an asset. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Skills : Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in using trading platforms, market analysis tools, and CRM systems. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
