Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional passenger services and create memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment. They will interact with passengers, handle Reservation / Booking, Ticket Sales, Information, and Passenger Operations (Check-in, Manifest preparation) services.

Responsibilities include calculating fares, arranging routes based on passenger requests, and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the journey. Efficient handling of reservation / booking requests and issuing tickets for domestic and international flights is also required.

Additionally, they will report and register operational income, cost, financing, and financial statistical information in relevant IT systems like SAP, ERP, and DOP.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or high school graduation
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Excellent English skills
• Proficiency in local languages
• Multitasking, independence, and strong oral and written communication skills
