We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Leader to oversee the smooth functioning of our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the Front Desk, Bellboy, and Housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure seamless operations for arrivals, departures, reservations, and guest services.
  • Collaborate closely with Maintenance and Laundry to guarantee flawless operations.
  • Monitor guest feedback and audits, implementing action plans to continually improve satisfaction.
  • Manage departmental schedules, KPIs, and budgeting.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to maintain the highest levels of service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Front Desk Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven background in customer service at international / luxury hotels.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working under AAA service standards.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field (desired).
  • Knowledge of hotel systems.
