The Corporate Training Specialist supports the design, coordination, and implementation of training and development programs across Royalton Hotels & Resorts. This role ensures that corporate learning initiatives, brand standards, and service excellence programs are delivered consistently across all properties and departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development within the hospitality industry.
- Experience managing annual training plans and monthly training calendars.
- Background in multi-property and multi-country environments.
- Skilled in designing engaging, innovative, and customized learning solutions.
- Experience participating in standardization and continuous improvement projects.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to travel to different properties as required.
Desirable Skills & Competencies
