Descripción del trabajoEngineering degree or equivalent experience. Minimum years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent organizational skills, including leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in MS Office and office automation systems. Strong command of English language. PMP certification or background in project management methodologies. Knowledge of AIAG Automotive Core Tools and management principles. Familiarity with AIAG CQI special processes.
Project Manager Role
Our organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and with a focus on quality. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality plans to ensure alignment with organizational standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage project teams, coordinating activities, resources, and personnel to achieve project goals.
- Draft and present project proposals, requests for consultation and procurement, and other necessary documents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
