Project managers serve as the liaison between the client and the different stakeholders involved in the project.
They are involved in discussions with the client and Account Manager to ensure they have a clear understanding of the client's expectations and desired outcome.
The project manager is responsible formaintaining a broad overall view of the entire project, which means he / she delegates certain tasks to Project Coordinators or other team members.The project manager is the one ultimately responsible for the final quality of a project, ensuring that it's delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
