  • ? Mission of the RoleLead the execution of EON ASSETS' institutionalization plan, ensuring that all processes, materials, and communications meet the standards of a top-tier global hedge fund.

This role is responsible for turning vision into operational reality, with the potential to evolve into our Head of Business Efficiency.

  • ? Key Responsibilities
  • Translate the 10 Steps of Institutionalization into clear, measurable, and executable processes.
  • Coordinate across all areas (Business Development, Investor Relations, Risk Management, Controllership, Marketing) to guarantee flawless deliverables.
  • Supervise the standardization of contracts, onboarding processes, and investor reporting.
  • Ensure all external materials (factsheets, prospectus, reports, presentations) follow institutional branding and official narrative.
  • Implement key platforms (Oracle, Agora) to digitalize and optimize internal processes.
  • Act as the guardian of the Bugatti Culture operationally : double-checking, zero errors, excellence in everything.
  • Provide weekly progress updates directly to the CIO and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.

    • Desired Profile

  • 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting (Big4, McKinsey, Bain, BCG), fintech, or investment funds.
  • Background in business administration, engineering, finance, or related fields.
  • Proven ability in managing complex projects with tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in corporate English (written and spoken).
  • Personality : structured, detail-oriented, demanding, with strong execution skills.
  • ? Success Metrics
  • Unified contracts and digital onboarding processes within the first 3 months.
  • Institutional investor reports delivered consistently within 6 months.
  • 100% of external materials under standardized institutional format in less than 6 months.
  • Evolution into Head of Business Efficiency upon demonstrating leadership and results.
