Job DescriptionWhat you will do?

Dynamic and results-driven Project Manager responsible for leading the successful implementation of both local and global digital platforms across GM Mexico.

Acts as a key liaison between cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, global IT teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and local operational needs.Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for digital platform implementations, from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support.Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize global platforms, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and business practices.Manage stakeholder expectations by facilitating regular updates, steering committees, and risk mitigation plans.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Sales) to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of platforms.Oversee vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations using Workday and other project management tools.Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future initiatives.Core Competencies : Strong project management and organizational skills (PMP or equivalent certification preferred).
