The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in business or technology-related field and at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working with or supporting the recruitment and / or HR Operations processes in a growing organization.
They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook and have a strong ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Responsibilities include managing HR processes including talent acquisition onboarding offboarding and the employee lifecycle overseeing candidate tracking throughout the hiring and onboarding process improving processes for efficiency managing reporting programs for applicants and / or employee information ensuring compliance with core business processes and contributing to other processes duties and assignments based on business needs and further development of the HR teams.
