Automotive Service Technician (PostSales)
Job Description : We are seeking an Automotive Service Technician who will be responsible for complex diagnostics, “right and first time” repairs and technical information exchange reporting, ensuring efficient times and customer satisfaction in the service. Working Location : Monterrey - México (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Review and apply technical bulletins (Technical Journal) in repairs.
- Diagnose and repair disabled vehicles, ensuring quality and speed.
- Follow up and close reports on the Technical Information Exchange platform.
- Serve customers at any time, offering a professional and cordial service.
- Record information and manage processes in the distributor administration system (Dealer Management System).
- Prepare warranty reports in accordance with brand policies.
- Promote additional sales of services and follow up with customers after their visit to the workshop.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workshop by applying the 5S methodology.
- Make technical decisions such as replacing warranty parts and defining diagnostic actions.

Qualifications
Education : Engineering or Mechanical Technician (preferred).At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.Knowledge in automotive electricity, interpretation of electrical diagrams and management of diagnostic tools.Skills : customer service orientation, results orientation, teamwork, and good communication.Good communication skills.About Us
