Warranty Engineer

At Güntner, we are currently seeking a :

Warranty Engineer

Position Objective : To provide our clients with high-quality, professional service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction throughout the handling, analysis, and resolution of warranty claims.

Responsibilities :

• Travel to the United States and Canada for direct service support.
• Customer service related to warranties, post-sales support, and claim resolution.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues in industrial systems.
• Interpret manufacturing drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications to support troubleshooting.
• Work with components of industrial and commercial refrigeration systems, including : evaporators, condensers, pumping systems, and condensing units.

Requirements :

Education : Completed engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).

Experience : Minimum of 2 years as a Warranty Engineer or Service Engineer in industrial refrigeration.

Language : Advanced conversational English is essential.

Availability to travel.

Valid passport and visa.

Driver’s license.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
